What is Dialysis Morocco?
We organise holiday dialysis in Morocco: we book your sessions in licensed dialysis centres and can arrange your riad or hotel and your transfers.
Which cities can I choose?
Marrakech, Agadir, Casablanca, Fes, Tangier, Rabat, Essaouira, Meknes, Ouarzazate and Chefchaouen (sessions in nearby Tetouan). Another city? Ask us, we will check.
How much does a session cost?
Between €200 and €350 per session, depending on the city, the centre and the treatment (HD or HDF). You receive a complete quote before you book, with no hidden costs.
Do you offer HDF?
Standard haemodialysis (HD) is available everywhere. Haemodiafiltration (HDF) depends on the centre: ask for it and we confirm it after the centre has read your prescription.
Which documents do I need?
A recent dialysis report, your dialysis prescription, recent blood tests, recent hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV serology, and a copy of your passport.
How quickly is my booking confirmed?
Once we have your documents, you usually receive your confirmed session times within 12 hours. Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead, and earlier for school holidays.
Are transfers and accommodation included?
We can arrange private transfers between your accommodation and every session, airport pick-up and a riad or hotel near the centre. Everything appears in your quote.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. Your companion is welcome and we can book a double or family room.
Which languages do you speak?
Our coordinators speak English, French and Arabic. The teams in Moroccan centres usually speak French and Arabic, and we handle communication with the centre for you.
I carry hepatitis B, hepatitis C or HIV. Can I book?
Mention it in your request. We check which centres can welcome you in the city you choose.
Do I need a visa or insurance?
Citizens of most European countries can enter Morocco without a visa for up to 90 days; check the rules for your nationality. We recommend travel insurance that covers medical care abroad, and ask your health insurer before you leave whether it reimburses dialysis in Morocco.
Can I travel during Ramadan?
Yes. Centres stay open, but opening hours can change and the cities are quieter during the day. Tell us your dates and we plan your sessions accordingly.
What happens in an emergency?
The centres follow emergency protocols and work with nearby hospitals and clinics. Your coordinator remains reachable throughout your stay.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Your quote lists everything: sessions, transfers and optional services. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.
